Paul Einhäupl has been a researcher at the RIFS since 2023. He is part of the research group investigating systemic risks. Paul acquired his PhD in Belgium at KU Leuven and UAntwerp on the societal dimension of the sustainability of landfill mining as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow. From 2016 to 2017, he was a research scholar at the Collaborative Research Center 1026 on sustainable manufacturing at TU Berlin. During his studies, also at TU Berlin, he spent time in Mexico and Portugal. Before joining the RIFS, Paul was a post-doctoral researcher at UAntwerp.
